Check your parcel upon delivery

Upon receiving your package from the courier, please inspect the product carefully. If there are any visible damages (e.g. torn packaging, dents) or if the product does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Exchange Process

If approved, the exchange will be arranged in coordination with our support team. Once received and inspected, we will send a suitable replacement if the product is in its original, undamaged condition.

Product defects

In case of product defects as defined under the Consumer Protection Law, please email us along with a completed Return Form and provide supporting photos if needed.

Refund

In the case of a return or refund for an order paid by card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro), we are legally obliged to process the refund only via the same card used at checkout. The amount will be returned to your bank account by your card issuer.

For orders paid by cash on delivery, any refunds will also be processed through the courier.
